What skills and experience we're looking for

An exciting, rewarding and rare opportunity has arisen for an EYFS Lead to join our forward-thinking school as we undertake exciting changes. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of success in outcomes for children in early years and a passion to make the learning experience for each and every one of our children the very BEST it can be.

We are a three-form entry Infant School with a vibrant nursery; our children love coming to school to learn. The successful candidate will be working with very supportive and experienced SLT colleagues and a collaborative EYFS team of teachers and teaching assistants.

• A passion for learning and the curriculum
• Someone who is looking to develop their leadership and management experience alongside their pedagogical skills and knowledge
• A team player, who works well with others and has the capacity to build and maintain strong professional relationships

• Excellent communication skills and a good sense of humour
• A clear understanding of standards and accountability
• An intimate knowledge of the new EYFS framework
