Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is excited to announce an opportunity for a Programme Support Officer to join our newly established Digital Patient Pathway Management (DPPM) team. This innovative team is dedicated to supporting, enabling, and optimising digital patient pathway management across the Trust.

As a Programme Support Officer, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the DPPM team, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of key projects and initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team driving digital transformation in healthcare.
• To work as part of the Digital Patient Pathway Management Team
• To be responsible for providing day to day support to the wider programme team.
• To manage and develop autonomously the day-to-day running of the business,
administrative and support services required by the programme team
• To be first point of contact for the programme in the absence of the programme
team
• To provide project problems resolution
• To arrange and prepare materials for meetings, including scheduling rooms,
agendas, collation of materials for discussion and minutes
