The successful candidate will join an Integrated Customer Engagement Team as a Freedom of Information Officer. The Integrated Customer Engagement Team is the hub of all feedback for Adults & Children’s (including Education) Services.
The Freedom of Information Officer plays a vital role by ensuring all Freedom of Information requests for Adults & Children’s Services are monitored and responded to within the stringent prescribed statutory timescales. In addition to this the postholder will be responsible for the facilitation and processing of Adults Data Subject Access Requests. They will also take responsibility for delivering general administrative duties to the Social Care Teams and will also produce statistical information that will contribute to senior management quality monitoring & performance reports.
