Finance Graduate (Hybrid)
Constellation Automotive Group Finance Graduate scheme – 3-year rotation-based finance graduate scheme
Location: Hybrid & Hook, Hampshire – you will hold a full UK driving license and be happy to travel with overnight stays as required
Starting salary of £27,000 incremental salary increases as you pass key stages of your exams
Company car scheme (or £2,000 annual car allowance)
Defined contribution pension scheme
25 days of holiday excluding bank holidays (plus 8 days for study leave)
Sponsorship through either ACCA or CIMA
Start date mid-September 2025
The successful candidate must have permission to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship

What’s in it for me?
Our finance graduate scheme placements will be within key finance areas of the business. After an initial induction, you will get the opportunity to go on 6 placements across the Group, in a variety of different businesses with exposure to both technical accounting as well as more commercially focussed finance roles.
Most of your time will be spent in Hook, although there will be opportunities for placements in other locations. You need to be happy to travel but also work from home from time to time, as this is a hybrid role.
A senior mentor and a buddy will be provided to support you and make sure you get the most out of each rotation. We do expect you to make the most of these placements and maximise your experience. You will be part of a larger cohort of graduates in other business areas and this graduate community is a great source of insight and experience you can draw on.
Skills you’ll learn
You will assist in the production of timely and accurate financial reporting
You will develop relationships within each of the different finance teams to aid professional development
You will build technical knowledge to support local teams
You will contribute to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the Group consolidation
You will develop proficiency in a variety of different finance systems used in key areas of the business
You will maintain and improve financial reporting procedures
How will I be assessed?
Once you apply online, we will review your CV and experience. If it feels like a good fit, you will be invited to a video interview to answer some questions about you and why you have applied for this scheme – it’s an opportunity for us to get to know you better.
Candidates who are shortlisted after the video interview will have a virtual interview, and then they will be invited to come along to an Assessment Centre in Hook, which will include a presentation to our senior finance leaders. This is a great way to meet some of the team, including current finance graduates and alumni. It will also give you a good insight into life at Constellation Automotive Group.
What qualifications and skill set do I need?
2:1 degree or above, or predicted if graduating in 2025 – this does not need to be a finance degree
A minimum of BBB at A-Level (or equivalent)
Ambition to build a career in finance
You will need to be driven, proactive in your approach and confident to collaborate
Excellent attention to detail
A strong communicator, both written and oral, who builds relationships with stakeholders and can influence others
