Are you ready to be an enabling leader with a difference, they will lead from the heart of the community of amazing people who are dedicated to creating a better, kinder, more compassionate world for unpaid carers.
Could you make a difference by nurturing and sustaining a way of being that enables us to live, as completely as we can, to our principles:
• To value every person in the way we think, speak and act and make kindness a priority;
• To listen to understand, not just to respond;
• To focus on strengths of every person and enable people to use and share their gifts where they want to;
• To focus on the outcomes that matter to the individuals we support, their families and communities;
• To do what matters when it matters;
• To value relationships and networks built on trust;
• To be brave and do what is right, not what is easy;
• To reflect and learn and give space for others to reflect and learn.
If your answer is a wholehearted, resounding Yes then you may have found your tribe and we would love to hear from you. If you’d like to learn more, please contact our CEO, Becky Evans by emailing her at becky@credu.cymru to arrange an informal conversation.
