HR Operations and Onboarding are part of HR Services, we manage the administration and processing of a variety of HR and pay related requests from our clients and partners. Our teams are performance driven and although the environment can seem demanding at times, especially when there is a fast approaching deadline, we all work together to support each other to get the job done. The work we do is varied and ranges from a simple one click response to a P45 request to a more complex request for an employee transfer.
The role of the Operational Manager is key to successful service delivery. This is a team management role with responsibility for managing direct reports and influencing and motivating a wider, fast paced operational team to achieve quality service delivery SLAs and service delivery targets.
To do this role well you will need:
The ability to successfully lead and manage a team in a complex, fast paced, high volume, customer focussed environment
The skills and knowledge to successfully lead and manage a performance driven team/s to achieve individual performance goals and service delivery KPIs, SLAs and other delivery targets
The ability to analyse, interpret and present performance data
The confidence and skills to maintain an inclusive work environment where your teams are engaged, valued and enabled to contribute to the success of the service

Things you need to know
To be considered, you will need to successfully obtain BPSS before commencing the role, obtaining clearance usually takes 5-10 working days.
UKSBS does not hold a Home Office Sponsor Licence under the UK Immigration System, therefore applicants must have eligibility to live and work in the UK at application stage.
Working pattern
We have a full time position available, working Monday to Friday (8:30 – 17:00).
In return for your skills and experience, we offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Eligibility and the degree of home working will vary depending on the requirements of the role, further details will be discussed if an offer is made.
