Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint an Engagement Officer to work with students and staff to develop, manage and supervise a programme of student focused engagement, learner voice and extra-curricular enrichment activities which support and enhance the students College experience.

The College operates on two campuses, at Warrington and Winsford, and the successful candidate will be required to work across campus.

In October 2019 the College was officially commended as ‘Good’ by Ofsted, and we celebrated some of the highest pass rates in England, ranking us in the top 10 nationally for the third consecutive year. Sustainability principles are embedded across the college, and our sustainability action plan and committee is led by senior leaders to ensure that this remains a key focus.
Suitable candidates should hold 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English, a degree or equivalent (or recent practical experience) and a First Aid qualification. In addition, candidates should have experience of developing opportunities in a range of enrichment or sport and fitness related activities, and of working and communicating with young people.
