We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and organized individual to join our team as an Office & Social Media Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent marketing graduate or someone eager to grow their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing our office social media accounts: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Creating, editing, and posting engaging content
Performing general administrative tasks
Answering phone calls and handling queries professionally
Assisting with personal assistant duties
Uploading and managing orders
Supporting the wider team and keeping the office running smoothly
Multitasking and managing a varied workload.
What We’re Looking For:

A quick learner with a can-do attitude
Excellent time management and organization skills
A creative eye and familiarity with social media trends
Good communication skills—both written and verbal
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
Basic knowledge of video/photo editing tools is a plus.
Ideal For:
