Role: Design Manager

Salary: £65-£75k depending on experience

Location: Croydon

Job Type: Permanent

Are you looking for an opportunity to progress with a commercial, fit out Main Contractor?

My client is looking for a Design Manager to join their team in London. They are after someone who has been a Design Manager previously, who can manage their own projects and the team within them.

Generally the type of projects this client gets involved in are:

  • Workplace refurbishment and fit out
  • Healthcare
  • Leisure
  • Education

Requirements:

  • Must have strong main contractor or developer experience as a Design Manager
  • Demonstrate the relevant knowledge and understanding of undertaking a project from tender through to completion
  • Be a team player but be prepared to work independently to get the projects delivered on time and within budget
  • Must be confident in your abilities and must have fit out experience
