We are looking to recruit a E- Roster Coordinator to join our midwifery team.As part of the Maternity teamat Whipps cross Hospital.

The position will provide day to day management of our electronic rotas on a coniuous babsis, ensuring that all staff are provided with acurate up to date rosters

The sucessful candidate will lead on all activities regarding the Health roster including training of staff, supporting the ward managers and Matrons to ensure safe and effective rostering. You will also be responsible for ensuring all roster changes are updated in a timely manner to support the service need. The post holder requires a full understanding of the Health roster ensuring annual leave, sickness study days are incorporated.

The e-Rostering Specialist will work as a member of the e-Roster Support Team to provide support and operational implementation of the e-Rostering system.
To work with Trust clinicians and managers in order to support the e-Rostering system to its full potential within the service. Ensuring that the unit is working within its financial budgets,
producing safe rosters that fulfil the demands of the service and reflecting staffs work patterns as required.
To maintain processes and procedures and acting as first and second line support for the erostering systems.
