We are looking for a friendly and approachable person to join our management team, who can work well under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to lead and motivate a team, focused on high customer service standards.

The successful applicant will assume managerial control and responsibility of all dryside bookings with accountability for income, programming, procedures and health and safety. You will ideally have a comprehensive employment history of working within a leisure facility and have previous experience of managing staff.

The successful applicant will also be required to act as a Duty Manager, on a shift basis, to take responsibility for the day to day operation of the centre, ensuring the centre is well maintained, clean, safe and compliant with brand standards at all times, supporting every department, ensuring adequate staff coverage.

This position is offered on a full-time basis, working on a shift basis to cover the opening hours of the centre, from 5.15am to 11pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
