Our Client, Winner of Large Household Builder of the year with over 75 years of industry knowledge, are pursuing a seasoned Planning Manager to take on the programme reporting all the way through the construction phase of their project.

ASTA software competency is an essential necessity of the role whilst also residing in Essex or the surrounding local area. You will be required to plan, track and manage the ongoing contract whilst owning an extensive understanding of development, design, procurement and commissioning. Being able to digest a high level of information and provide expansive detailed analysis is essential to the role.
The principal accountability's that the Planning Manager will have to take on will be
- Lead a collaborative development of construction methodology during the tender stage
- Devise and oversee efficient programme structures that align with the business goals
- Optimise resource allocation for project cost efficiency
- Support the planning team towards KPI's
