Cladding & Rainscreen Site Manager | Boston Norton Lea Hospital Acute Patients, Lincolnshire| Temporary Contract – Project period approx. 4 to 6 months | 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday | £200 - £300 per day DOE

Are you the right person for the job?

• Hold a full driving licence
• Several years’ experience in Cladding & Rainscreen project management is essential
• Construction-related Health & Safety and Competence qualifications minimum SMSTS
• Experience in dealing with multiple clients and negotiations
• Excellent project management skills and financial monitoring is essential
• Essential IT skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Read & understand drawings
• High degree of professionalism for dealing with a variety of client matters at all levels
• Good communications with internal clients Construction team
• Commercially aware

What will your role look like?

• To be responsible for the project management of the Cladding & Rainscreen installation
• Work closely with the clients Construction Manager, Site Manager and Production team to ensure that the contract agreement is delivered on time and to budget
• Ensure the coordinate flow of information between the Client, Design, Draughting and Construction teams to ensure projects adhere to the contract programmes
• Assist procuring suitably skilled labour installers
• Ensure the Site Teams comply with all company commercial & H&S policies and procedures
• Compile operational programs to achieve the contract start and completion dates
• Produce Progress reports for end of month reporting
• Develop & obtain client approval of RAMS and issue to installers
• Oversee and manage all H&S and environmental related documents and inspections are kept up to date
• Undertake tool box talks
• Resource appropriate Experienced labour in a timely manner to achieve the contract start and completion date
• Attend client pre-start, design team and coordination meetings as requested
• Recording variations by email including our CVI record sheets and obtaining client verification signatures & inform FCB QS to recover
• Recording on email & our CVI sheets any lost time & materials incurred for the QS to recover
• Communicate by email with clients & colleagues to confirm critical events or agreements
• Maintain a high standard of quality on all projects
• Record any delays that arise
• Maintain all Health & Safety records for both the client and FCB
