The Dorset Integrated Urgent Care service is looking for a Personal Assistant to join the friendly supportive team based at St Leonards, Ringwood.

This is a busy but rewarding post as you will be responsible for supporting the Service Manager for DIUCS and the DIUCS Business Improvement Lead. You will be responsible for a range of activities, including diary management, meeting support and project support within the DIUCS service.

Your organisational and IT skills will be pivotal in this role along with good communication skills and the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships within the wider team will make this role successful.

Overall responsibility for the provision of a professional, efficient and confidential Personal Assistant and Project support to the DIUCS Senior Management Team in line within an environment of continuously developing demands.

Create and maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective working relationships at all levels, internal and external to Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust, including NHS and non-NHS organisations.
