Summary
Overview
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Mandarin speaking Client Management Executive to join our dynamic asset management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, enhancing the firm's public image, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations. This role requires a blend of client management expertise, public relations acumen, strategic communication skills, and compliance knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their investment needs and providing tailored asset management solutions.
• Onboarding: Oversee the client onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition and a positive client experience.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing regular updates on portfolio performance and market trends.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on investment performance, market conditions, and portfolio updates.
• Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough KYC checks and AML procedures during client onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
• Media and Brand Management: Develop media relations, create compelling content, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications and marketing materials.
• Event and Crisis Management: Plan and execute client events and webinars to promote expertise and engagement, and develop crisis communication strategies to manage the firm's reputation in challenging situations.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• At least six months of work experience in KYC/AML regulations is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in Mandarin
• Experience in managing client relationships
• Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for our products and services
• Operates with integrity and a highly client centric mind-set
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Intermediate knowledge/experience of financial markets
• Undergraduate degree
