We are recruiting on behalf of a leading property sales company in central London for a Mandarin-speaking Estate Agent specialising in new build developments. This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission and long-term career progression.
Key responsibilities:
Sell prime London new build developments to domestic and overseas clients
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale client care
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients
Stay informed on London property market trends, policies, and investment hotspots
Meet and exceed sales targets to access additional performance bonuses
Requirements:
2–3 years of property sales experience (new build sales preferred)
Valid UK work visa with at least 12 months remaining (e.g., PSW, Skilled Worker)
Professional fluency in Mandarin (Cantonese advantageous) and business-level English
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex transactions
Experience working with high-net-worth clients
Preferred qualities:
Target-driven and resilient under pressure
Knowledge of London school catchment areas and investment zones
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
