The Opportunity

Marketing & Analytics partner is responsible for delivering Early Careers Marketing and Attraction plan, which involves, but is not limited to promoting our tech client as an Employer of choice for those in and leaving education across the clients website, social media, career events and virtual activities globally, and elevating our client’s brand to help us find the best student talent.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global RPO for one of the largest technology companies in the world with the backing of the largest specialist recruiter.


What can I expect day to day?


This role will be responsible for driving student engagement with the opportunities at this established Tech Client, articulating clearly the clients EVP and brand, offering marketing insights into the recruitment market and the campaign success rate and delivering well communicated innovative campaigns.


This could include the following:

Working in partnership with the account delivery team to define and implement effective student attraction strategies in line with forecast demand and client’s DE&I strategy
Analysing the results of implemented attraction strategies and providing regular reporting and insight on to clients and delivery teams.
Responsibility for Social Media content creation, monitoring, updating, and contributing to a planned media schedule.
Preparing appropriate marketing and engagement collateral for internal and external events (physical and online) and create flyers or other promotional material to help us reach the target audience.
Developing and implementing strategies to keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process, including pre-onboarding.


What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for someone from either an employer branding background or an established recruiter who possesses a creative flair along with an understanding of engaging with clients or stakeholders.



An individual with a high level of enthusiasm and a solutions focused mindset would suit well in this role, you may also need:

Experience working in Recruitment either within RPO/MSP or agency
It would be beneficial to have experience within employer branding
Creative ideas and innovative thinking
A passion for marketing or employer branding
