Summary

Outbound Sales Consultant | South Leicestershire, Kibworth| Office Based | Full Time 08.45 am-5 pm | up to £30,000, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus

They are committed to delivering exceptional products and services that meet the evolving needs of their clients. As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Consultant to join their team on a part-time basis.

As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating a pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach to potential clients. You will engage with leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales process to ‘quotation’ stage, as well as setting up meetings or sales calls to introduce their products/services.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Can reliably commute to the office, or plan to relocate before starting work
• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (min 3-5 years). Min 1 years B2B experience

• With a fantastic telephone manner, you possess the natural ability to build rapport, engage and inspire potential clients
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and work in an organised and professional manner
• Motivated by targets and a drive to succeed in a sales environment
• Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn
• Ability to work both remotely and from the office, as required
• Enthusiastic, resilient, and adaptable, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges

What will your role look like?

• Reach out to potential customers via phone to generate interest in our products and services.
• To nurture potential clients through a longer sales cycle
• Identify and qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our offerings.
• Schedule meetings or calls for the senior sales members, to further engage prospects with product presentations and technical information
• Follow up leads to fully qualified stage
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting goals.
