The role
To ensure that employee facilities are always kept in a clean and hygienic condition.
Key Accountabilities
- The cleaning of toilets, changing rooms, canteen and foyer areas. - Sweeping and mopping of floors. - Stock checks of consumables & cleaning chemicals. - Completion of cleaning records. - Ensuring outside areas including the staff entrance and smoking shelter are kept clean and tidy. - Replenishing hand washing stations with soap & towels. - Working with chemicals. - Working in a safe manner ensuring all company health and safety policies are adhered to. - Ensuring that hygiene supervisors are updated with all relevant information.
Skills and experience
- Attention to detail - Self reliant – ability to work both as an individual and a team member. - Demonstrate high standards of hygiene. - Basic food hygiene training preferred but not essential as training will be provided - Chemical training preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
