The Opportunity
An award winning property management company are looking for Residential Night Concierges for their new private residential development in close to Southall
The Residential Night Concierge position will be working in a team and reporting directly into the residence manager. The aim is to provide a seamless Hotel Style service to all residents and visitors. This is an exciting project and set to be one of London iconic living destinations with great facilities.
Some of the duties will be:
* Meeting and greeting residents, visitors with 5 star service
* Main/First point of contact for Resident requests
* Travel planning and booking of transport
* Checks of the building and resident amenities
What You Will Need
* Previous customer service experience working over night in a 4* or 5* setting
* Strong English language skills
