What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors of Ince CE Primary and Nursery VA School are looking for an inspirational Headteacher to lead their school on the next stage of its journey.
• Are you an outstanding school leader with a proven track record and an unflattering determination to lead school improvement?
• Are you a committed Christian who leads with Christian values?
• Do you have the skills, knowledge and experience to guide and inspire staff and children through challenge and support them to reach their fullest potential?
• Are you looking to make a significant difference in a community by letting your light shine?
• Will you be committed to playing an active role in the ongoing development of our thriving Church school?
The successful candidate will drive our clear, focused vision to take the school forward, and have the practical skills to turn that vision into a reality. You will have the ability to build positive and successful relationships with children, staff and families based on Christian values. You will also work closely with parents and carers to encourage their children to ‘shine’ during their time at school and beyond.
It is important that our Headteacher is ‘hands-on’, modelling and developing best practice, coaching and motivating a talented and committed team of staff.
You will be strong on the analysis of data and have an excellent grasp of classroom practice, ready and willing to lead by example.
