My client is a large sports facility based near Wigan. They are currently searching for a new General assistant to join their onsite team. Commutable from areas including Wigan, Manchester, Warrington, Bolton, Stretford, St Helens, Bolton, Runcorn and Bury
The Role - General Assistant/Handy Person
- To ensure the general upkeep of the facilities and equipment within the site, duties will include replacing light bulbs, unblocking toilets, power washing and lubrication of locks
- Correct storage and control of all materials and equipment in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure a high standard of work is maintained and all tasks are completed on schedule
Minimum Skills / Experience Required - General Assistant/Handy person
- Experience in general handy person duties
- Awareness of health and safety legislation
- Able to work bank holidays, evenings and weekends when required
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to take further appropriate training
- Highly Motivated

- Starting rate of £11.50
- Shifts - 11-7 Mon-Sun
