As the Digital Analytics Manager, you will lead a small team of digital optimisation executives who support the teams responsible for planning and optimising content, taxonomy, and search performance across our online businesses.
Using an array of data sources to drive data-led decision-making to help serve online shoppers a little better every day.

You will be responsible for
- Producing action-driven insights that identify high-impact trading opportunities and customer improvements across our digital assets.
- Synthesising data and making clear and concise recommendations to a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Identifying and bringing the voice of the customer to our trading decisions and optimising our overall online performance.
- Partnering with the analytics centre of excellence and broader insight teams to build a complete picture of the online shopper across website and customer metrics.
- Scaling our A/B testing to drive continuous improvement of campaigns and events.
- Producing weekly reports, dashboards & ad-hoc analysis
- Supporting analytical reviews of trade and seasonal performance for both in-flight (based on analysis of web metrics, internal/external marketing activity, business commercial changes and external factors) & post-event and use this data to inform ongoing optimisation and to develop future recommendations.
- Developing and leading a high-performing team, supporting them in their technical and personal development.
- Leading the team in agile ways of working and find ways to improve operational efficiency (training provided)
You will need
- Proven commercial experience in web analytics
- Ability to think laterally for problem-solving
- People management
- Using data to influence business outcomes
- Great stakeholder management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you must be able to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
