Crynodeb
The must haves for this role: 1. CIPS Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply 2. Project Management 3. Maintain knowledge of developments in public procurement law (including case law and developments in legislation) 4. Experience in managing multiple complex procurement projects. 5. Experience in Contract Management 6. NHS experience is desirable but not essential. 7. Specialist procurement knowledge including: - Public Procurement Law - Contract Law - Statistical and data analysis skills - Knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies - Dispute resolution - Probity/Transparency requirements - Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply Code of Ethics 8. The drive to provide good customer service. 9. Advanced negotiation and influencing skills. 10. Good understanding of computer systems (MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Pro). 11. Experience in using E-tendering systems (for managing procurement projects, work planning producing notifications etc.).
