Permanent Office Manager St john the Baptist Church of England Primary School.
Band 6 Point 15-18, (£27,852-£30,151 pro-rata), 37 hours per week, Term time + 4 weeks per year 08:00 – 16.00/16.30 on a rota with other office staff, with 30 minutes lunch break. St John the Baptist Church of England Primary School is looking for an experienced, positive, dynamic and proactive Office Manager to take up an exciting, demanding and rewarding post at our large, happy, vibrant, multicultural, multilingual school.
We see this role as a heartbeat to the successful running of the school. Our new Office Manager will be outgoing, confident and love to work as part of a team, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
Our new Officer Manager will play a key role in the effective management of school systems and should have a strong administrative background, excellent customer service skills, be able to line manage others and be proficient in Microsoft Office and school systems. They will need to have excellent interpersonal skills as this role will involve liaising closely with parents, our local community and staff. They will be an excellent communicator with a professional, friendly manner, promoting a happy, positive image of our lovely school.
