About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well organised, customer focused team. You will be working as part of a small and efficient team who are committed to delivering high standards of service allocating properties to applicants through Choice Based Lettings. You will ensure the allocation procedures are efficient and robust as well as identifying opportunities for improving the void property management and housing allocation process. You will be required to respond to queries from customers and partner agencies daily and will use a range of IT systems to help manage your workload.
About you
You must be educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject area and/or have significant previous relevant work experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as is the ability to deal sensitively and professionally with a wide range of customer interactions via phone, email, or face to face. You will have a logical and structured approach to problem solving and be able to demonstrate considerable experience of maintaining accurate and timely information/case notes.
