Attending on and off campus university events and activities
Promoting the faculty within brand guidelines and ensuring consistent messaging with the University’s mission and values.
Capturing and celebrating the diversity of voices within our learning and working environment, through writing, imagery, and film.
Leading on the running and development of faculty social media live events for our prospective students and look at ways to extend our social media communication to our existing students across the faculty’s portfolio of courses.
Ensuring that our digital platforms are engaging, accessible, focused on the users’ needs and authentically represents the diverse communities that our university serves.
Collaborating with a range of colleagues, students, prospective students and external stakeholders to continually improve audience’s online experience in support of our student recruitment and retention.
Enhancing stakeholder relationships and developing business opportunities.
Developing and managing the faculty’s content calendar aligned to the University’s content calendar and social media strategy.
Tracking and analysing performance, using analytical tools and social media reporting, and interpreting the data to make recommendations to improve the effectiveness and impact of our digital channels.
