An exciting opportunity has arose to work as part of the University's Human Resource Team, as an Organisational Development and Learning (ODL) Coordinator.
Working within the ODL team, you will provide a customer focused experience that supports the ongoing development of TU Staff. You will enable delivery of the ODL strategy by coordinating, planning, administering and monitoring a wide range of ODL initiatives and activities to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered.
Operating in a fast paced culture, these services will ensure staff are able to develop skills, knowledge, behaviour and experience to achieve business objectives, whilst providing a high performance and resilient culture

A holiday entitlement of 185 hours (25 days), increasing to 28 and 30 days after 3 and 5 years’ service respectively, plus bank holidays
