Salary: £25,000 per annum

Contract: 37 Hours per week

Location: Hybrid working (Office base Horsham St Faith, minimum two days a week)

We are looking for a customer focused and digitally aware person to join our small but busy team providing IT support and solutions to approximately 700 users across Norfolk. This is an exciting time for our company as we are embarking on a digital journey to transform our current practices and ways of working. As such a large part of your role will be supporting our colleagues in embracing new applications and ways of working while upskilling their digital skills through effective training and excellent customer service.

The primary purpose of the role is to respond to and support employees with technical issues and queries relating to day-to-day access and use of digital applications and operations i.e. use of mobile phone login issues. You will be required to investigate possible causes/solutions independently using your initiative and take ownership of requests from first contact through to satisfactory and timely resolution.

To fulfil this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and/or experiences:

• Good people and excellent customer service skills
• Relevant experience in a digital environment
• The ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to a non-technical user
• Curiosity and problem solving skills
• Willingness to travel across the county and deliver F2F solutions
• Experience of managing your work load effectively on a day to day basis
• Effective collaboration skills and experience
