What you will be doing:

As our Compliance Lead – F&I, you will drive compliance and Finance & Insurance performance across our car and motorcycle
dealerships based in Hertfordshire and London.



You will work closely with the Group Head of Customer Quality and the operational teams.



* Agree and measure finance and insurance performance across the group.
* You will be instrumental in supporting our teams to achieve their performance objectives
* Identifying coaching and training requirements
* Ensuring consistent sales processes are followed, and help to drive sales and F&I across our dealerships.
* Oversee some compliance monitoring activities



What we need from you:



* A clear understanding of the FCA regulatory environment, with knowledge and experience gained from working within the consumer
credit, general insurance, or automotive sector.

* Show initiative and forward-thinking
* Have great planning and organisational skills
* Exhibit excellent influential communication skills at all levels.
* Have a democratic coaching style to gain buy-in from the teams
* Results orientated with a proven track record of over-performance
* Be computer literate, including MS Office packages
