This position operates within a career-graded scheme, offering progression based on responsibility, experience, qualifications and personal performance. You'll receive tailored training in technical areas as required, depending on your current experience and qualifications.
You will have excellent spoken and written communication skills. Confidence and professionalism when engaging with the public in potentially challenging situations. You’ll have bundles of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues, other departments and external agencies to deliver a customer-focused service.
You will also need a full driving licence and the ability to work flexibly within the service's core hours and on occasions outside of normal office hours.
Please note, the successful applicant for the above post will be background checked with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
