Continued main duties: The work will include developing, managing and supporting the analysts, and working closely with training, technical, information, programme management, benefits and communications staff. We have excellent relationships with departmental leads, super-users and subject matter experts who help prioritise our workstreams. We also have a rolling upgrade programme which delivers new features and functionality to ensure the system is up-to-date. For those candidates who are not already Epic certified, we will offer training in a relevant application and you will be supported to attain certification as a requirement during your 6-month probation period. Applicants without an Epic certification will also be required to undertake the Epic aptitude assessment (the Sphinx test) prior to interview.It is anticipated that post holders will need to spend at minimum one day on site per fortnight, depending on business need. This post would therefore be suitable for staff who are looking for hybrid opportunities.Patients are at the centre of everything we do.
