You will be delivering the Work and Health Programme, an intensive and tailored support programme to help individuals with barriers such as disabilities find sustainable employment.
Working both in a team environment and lone-working, you are ambitious for yourself as well as those you support, and an excellent communicator who is solution focused, organised, motivational and inspiring.
Are you the winning combination we need to secure and sustain meaningful employment for our participants?
The main purpose of the role is to support unemployed individuals (our participants) with overcoming barriers such as low confidence, skills gaps, health conditions and financial worries, in order to then find and sustain employment. You will also be engaging with employers and making local communities aware of the benefits of our service.
Our participants’ experience with us is integral to the success of our business and providing them with an excellent service is at the very core of the Employment Advisor role.
Hours will be full time for a fixed-term of 12 months with the potential to extend subject to funding.
