Role Overview
As a trainee HR administrator, you'll assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Key Responsibilities
• Main contact for HR calls.
• Maintaining client records and HR databases
• Assisting in the preparation of HR documents.
• Managing HR-related queries and directing them to the appropriate person.
• Assisting in organizing training sessions and workshops.
• Tracking employee training records and participation.
• Helping to ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Skills Required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Accuracy is crucial when handling client records and HR documents.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
• Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information is a key responsibility.
• Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is often required.
• Being approachable and able to work well in a small team.
