Overview:
We are a recruitment agency partnering with a Airline booking agency/ Our client is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Care Advisor who speaks Hebrew to join their dynamic team in Canary Wharf. Representing a prestigious airline brand, this role involves booking and changing flights, handling baggage claims, and addressing other customer inquiries. Experience with Amadeus GDS is a advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outbound calls/emails for a range of airline customer queries.
  • Assist customers with booking, changing flights, and other travel-related needs.
  • Address issues related to missed or canceled flights, lost baggage, and claims.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy while using systems like Amadeus GDS and Salesforce.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage workload efficiently and develop supportive relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience with Amadeus GDS.
  • Background in airline or travel industries.
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer care environment.
  • Strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in handling various administrative tasks.

Operational Details:

  • The role supports the Airline Customer Services Team, operating Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm.
  • Working hours are 6:00am - 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as required.
  • Full training and ongoing development provided, including Amadeus GDS refresher training.
