Crynodeb
The post holder is a member of the Security operational team and will be responsible for carrying out any duties commensurate with the grade of post. The role includes provision of security at Merrion House. The role requires flexibility in approach to the duties required as these may alter throughout the course of a work day/week. High standards of quality will be expected to be delivered in line with Security/LTHT practices and policies. The post holder will be expected to have basic knowledge of a number of administrative and operational functions and utilise both facilities and LTHT IT systems in order to complete their job role. The nature of the role requires the use of responding to some tasks via a defined communication systems and .adhering to standards and practices in Trust Policy and Security practices/procedural manuals alongside national initiatives, to ensure that a safe and clean environment is provided for staff and visitors. To be a point of contact for staff and other visitors to the building and provide a warm friendly welcome offering directions, support and assistance.
