Job Title - Personal Carer
(To join team of 5 Carers)
Start Date – A.S.A.P.

Salary Information
Rate of pay –
£12.50 Per hour & £110 per sleepover
Contract is 16 hours per week & 1 waking night
Per week.
Payment Information - Paid 4 weekly by BACS
Hours of work - 4 weekly rota which includes weekends
Employees will be required to cover additional shifts to cover holidays. This will not exceed 50% of contracted Hours.
Holidays – Your holiday entitlement is 5.6 weeks Your contracted hours, this includes Bank holidays, with the exception of Christmas day / Good Friday & Easter Sunday. These are paid time & half.
Holiday requests - Where possible 4 weeks notice of holidays to allow planning & colleague cover is required.
Contract period This is a permanent position & will be dependant on a successful 3 month probationary period & DBS checks.
This will involve a review of Standards / Client support & interaction / attendance & punctuality / Health & safety / medication support.
