The Role:
I am seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the management and supervision of staff, ensuring effective team performance.
Oversee the delivery of high-quality care, particularly focusing on residents with dementia.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and implement best practices.
Support the Home Manager in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Handle administrative tasks and contribute to the overall management of the home.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Deputy Manager in a residential care setting.
Extensive knowledge of dementia care practices.
