Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Housing Contractor in the East London area who are looking for a brand new FRA / Planned Project Manager to join their team covering their FRA and Planned projects across the East London area.
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has previous experience working on Social Housing FRA and Planned projects.
Duties:
- Prepare, process and select estimates, bids and tenders.
- Development the procurement programme.
- Assist in the presentation of the contract brief to the client.
- Manage the selection of site personnel teams (inc. sub contractors) for contracts.
- Manage site personnel, work activities and resources.
- Control contracts from start to completion.
- Control contract budgets.
Key Knowledge:
- Must have previous FRA and Planned Works experience within Social Housing
- Must hold a full UK driving license
