You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excelling working relationships with colleagues, students and stakeholders both internally and externally.What you’ll be responsible for/what we are looking for:Working as part of a team, some of the key elements you are responsible for are:To support the Curriculum Planning process with regard to timetabling.Support Curriculum teams with the input and accuracy of their timetable and register dataProvide ad-hoc training and/or updates when neededCarry out data validity checksCarry out attendance callsWe are looking for someone with experience in an administration and who is confident in working in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities. This role will suit an individual who can maintain self-motivation when dealing with repetitive tasks throughout an annual cycle of priorities.You will also need to be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders, at all levels, internally and externally, as well as other members of College staff and students.About us:At City of Bristol College, we have one goal: to help our students succeed.
