Are you a customer focused junior administrator keen to move into the world of HR or perhaps a junior or apprentice HR administrator already and now looking for an exciting and vibrant team to be part of? We have a great opportunity for you, read on and apply today!
With our training, you will learn to be responsible for aspects of the HR admin lifecycle. As Junior HR Administrator, you'll be the face of the People Operations team to our employees.
You'll be responsible for supporting people through the moments that matter during the employee life cycle. You'll be their first point of contact and you'll provide a high quality, customer focused, HR support service whilst always trying to make things better.
Dealing with incoming telephone calls, inboxes, emails, processing a range of operational tasks from the creation of contracts of employment and job change letters to initiating and managing background checks and owning the referencing and probation processes, all in line with our SLAs.
Bring your qualifications & skills:
GCSE standard Maths and English or equivalent
CIPD level 3 qualified or working towards the qualification or experience desirable.
Ability to prioritise effectively under pressure and multitask including strong organisation skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proven ability to make informed decisions and justify rationale.
You've got an eye for detail - typos don't get past you.
Strong, clear and honest communication
Listening to understand and get to the heart of the matter.
Good word, excel and IT skills essential.
