We are looking for candidates who can make a difference to our client’s life.
We are looking for passion over experience.
We have been entrusted with a client who lives within the Bath area.
The client we support requires additional help with their complex care needs. Therefore we would require a candidate who can assist with spinal cord injury, Bowel care, and other complex needs. Experience working with adults would be preferable but not essential.
The shifts patterns we currently hold:
Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm
Day Shifts and Nights Shift.
This client will be moving to 12 hours day shifts 8am to 8pm, therefore you must be flexible to do these shifts.
We are looking for an ideal candidate who is flexible support our clients in their own homes, preferably drivers.
You will be fully trained and have the opportunity to contribute to the lives of vulnerable adults and children with complex needs. You would also have the opportunity to advance in Level 2/3 and 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
