Summary

Acorn by SYNERGIE are searching for an Events Production Manager to join our client, an event and interior transformation company based in Manchester.

The purpose of the role is to oversee all aspects of event production, from conceptualisation to completion ensuring events are executed on time, within budget and in line with industry standards.

Responsibilities include:

* Collaborate with venues and internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements.

* Create detailed event production timelines and schedules.

* Coordinate logistics, including potential transportation for staff.

* Oversee setup, breakdown, and on-site event operations.

* Develop and manage event budgets, including resources allocation.

* Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

* Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with event production.

* Develop contingency plans for unforeseen circumstances.

* Coordinate internal departments and teams to deliver against the brief, on time and within budget.

* Lead and attend event production meetings, coordinating relevant departments, capturing status updates and risks, and ensuring timely follow-up of actions

The successful candidate must possess a strong background in event planning and production with a focus on ensuring seamless execution and outstanding guest experiences. Must be highly organised with the ability to plan multiple and complex projects simultaneously.

Asset management and experience in rigging/de-rigging are desirable as is a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field.

The role may require flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends based on event schedules. Travel may be necessary to oversee off-site events.

Salary is dependent on the knowledge and experience to offer.
