excellent customer service? LED Group is seeking individuals who possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping
others. As a Front of House team member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that every member and visitor feels welcomed and
valued during their visit. With your proactive attitude and attention to detail, you'll contribute to creating memorable
experiences for our patrons.
How to Excel?
To excel in this dual role, embrace the opportunity to engage with members and visitors face to face, over the phone, and online.
Familiarise yourself with the centre’s activities, facilities, and membership options to effectively assist customers and address
inquiries. Additionally, use your food and beverage skills to support the café operations at both the Tennis Centre and the
Leisure Centre.
Adhere to LED's Customer Service Guidelines and maintain professionalism in all interactions, whether at the front desk or in the
café. Take advantage of training opportunities and attend meetings and reviews as required to enhance your skills and knowledge in
both customer service and food and beverage services. With a commitment to delivering exceptional service and a willingness to go
above and beyond, you'll thrive in our dynamic team environment. This role is ideal for someone with a background in food and
beverage, looking to apply their skills in a multifaceted setting that includes both reception and café duties.
