Crynodeb
This is a key role in YouView’s expanding Operation, reporting into the CX & In-life Support Manager, within the Service Management team. The role is primarily responsible for Incident Management & In-life triage activities to investigate and manage service issues. The team are currently supporting the launch of the Freely TV service whilst continuing to support the existing platform. It will also involve covering the reporting of key metrics that are used to manage the quality of YouView’s service by senior managers of YouView, our customers and shareholders. The chosen candidate will need to be customer and consumer experience obsessed, have strong communication skills, strong analytical skills and the ability to drive the resolution of major incidents.
