Join our client’s dynamic team as an Office Administrator at a successful IT hardware reseller based in Corby. This role is essential in supporting our accounts and purchasing teams, ensuring smooth operations within the business.
Are you the right person for the job?
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and processes
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Excel is highly beneficial
What will your role look like?
• Assist the accounts team with basic accounting tasks, including handling invoices and purchase orders
• Support the purchasing team by placing purchase orders and reconciling them with delivery notes and invoices received
• Aid the sales ledger team in raising and chasing invoices
• Utilise MS Excel extensively for various tasks within the business
