Crynodeb
We have an exciting opportunity to join our in house Handy Person Team as a Handy Person. We have 6 permanent roles to fill.
You will be required to:
Undertake repairs and maintenance works to SNG properties in London and Herts.
Undertake pest proofing, mould washes, void and communal bulk waste clearance works in accordance with SNG policies and work practices, delivering a first class service that is value for money and customer focused
Please note that you will be required to visit SNG sites across London and Hertford 5 days a week, and so a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for the role. There is no remote working element to the role, it is site based only.
An enhanced DBS check will be carried out for the successful applicants. There is flexibility with the successful applicants starting at 8am and finishing at 4pm, or starting at 9am and finishing at 5pm.
