Summary
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Administration Assistant to join the Graduate School, this role offers an introduction to working in a Higher Education and offers support throughout your role as you develop through your career.
Your main duties will include:
Administration of all Graduate School inboxes, triaging the activity swiftly, liaising with staff responsible for the query and gathering the response required for all activity to respond centrally.
Responding to admissions enquiries and process admissions applications including downloading of applications, scheduling interviews and sending reminders to attendees
Supporting the administration, preparation, and delivery of Graduate School events (both in person and virtually) including interviews, viva examinations, induction, and the Researcher Development Programme

About You
As Administration Assistant for the Graduate School you will have:
Experience of office administration, preferably in a higher education context
Experience of using Microsoft packages, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to work under pressure, in a solution orientated manner, and use initiative
