Can you provide a professional and effective Premises management service for our academies?

We are looking to appoint a reliable and resourceful Premises Manager to effectively manage and undertake site maintenance, services and compliance for Silverdale Primary Academy.

This is an important role in ensuring that professional and effective facilities management services are provided to staff, students, visitors and customers at our academies.

In this role you will:

Inspect, monitor, record and maintain academy building and grounds maintenance standards
Lead and manage facilities staff ensuring that all service requirements are met
Supervise all building, grounds maintenance and external contractors work with strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations.
To succeed in this role, you will have:

Experience of building maintenance work
Current knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
The ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills to communicate with a range of clients, both internal and external.

Silverdale Primary Academy

Silverdale Primary Academy is a thriving academy catering to children aged 4 to 11 years. Located in the northern part of St Leonards-on-Sea, our academy boasts extensive and picturesque grounds, including large playing fields.
