3D Cardiology ward.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, inspirational, and dynamic Band 7 manager for our Cardiology ward. Our 26 bedded ward is split between our inpatients area as well as short stay area theta facilitates our interhospital transfers.
The successful candidate will provide clear nursing leadership to the patients and staff of the ward.
You will oversee bed coordination within the ward to facilitate seamless admission and discharges and work closely with the nursing leadership team to manage flow across the cardiology service.
